Like many of you, I've waited with anticipation for the 'grand opening' of this site and many options we can use to learn, share and create with ofther chefs or other 'wanna be's' like myself! I have followed 'Kittencal' for a long time and NEVER been disappointed in her recipes or advice. Many of you have posted comments, reviews or recipes that I have used too on another site. My thanks now for your detailed and candid reviews; they have made me a great cook and taught me much. That said, I want to say hello to each of you and I look forward to coming to this site for my go-to source for recipes and information.
