I was thinking of this thread as I was just folding a load of clothes. How on EARTH do two people have so much laundry????
Oh, and the next load is my favorite - whites. Not. I hate folding whites, hate folding socks, hate folding undies and t-shirts. Ugh.
Whine.
Oh, I hate ironing too! DH's work clothes, BLEAH! If I'm in the mood, I find it soothing. If not, I want to hit someone with the iron.

Cook!
I don't mind laundry, or the ironing. I have grown to dislike house cleaning a little, even though I LOVE a clean house. I hate cleaning toilets though! I don't know what it is about the china bowl but, I just don't like cleaning it. Still....I clean it till it sparkles.

Cooking or baking every day..cleanin...OMG how I hate cleaning. I work, the BF is retired, his job is to clean the house (except my bathroom, I will do that). I have to drag all the laundry out to a central laundry area, so I HATE laundry for now (if the W & D is in the apartment, no problem). I do not iron, I can, but I do not own many things that need to be ironed. Strangest thing...I grew up without a dishwasher, always hated hand washing dishes. Finally have dishwasher in the apartment, I find I would rather do most dishes by hand since they are never clean enough in the dishwasher.....weird

OMG Foxy I couldn't live without my dishwasher I don't have the patience to stand and wash dishes, I just put everything and turn it on at night, I use the powerball and dishwasher additive and wow they come out sparking clean!

I think it's just the old dishwasher in this apartment, and the hard water in AZ, so far nothing gets my dishes clean so I end up doing half by hand after they run thru the dishwasher...the silverware is ALWAYS nasty after the dishwasher so it's a lot easier to wash by hand

For me, cooking is a labor of love, and cleaning is a labor of necessity.
