Dutch oven it is! I was going to bake this morning but have an appointment at the time the bread should be going into the oven. I'll bake when I get back this afternoon.

Should the dutch oven be oiled or sprayed with non stick cooking spray? After this much work and care I sure don't want to ruin the bread by letting it stick.

NO need for oil, just use parchment paper and it would work perfectly. Also helps to keep from burning yourself or messing up the loaf getting it into the pan.

I've been doing so much baking, I'd better make sure there is still parchment paper in the pantry.

:( My day got totally screwed up!!!! I had a doctor's appointment this afternoon and didn't get up early enough to bake before it was time to leave. SOOOOO thought I would bake when I got home. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I sat in that waiting area 2 1/2 HOURS past my appointment time!!!!!! Then the doc took a long time with me. Then Sweetie called and asked me to make a stop for him. What should have been a two hour interruption turned into a six hour adventure! I got home about 15 minutes ago so it is a bit late to start warming and forming the dough. Nothing going on tomorrow, so FIRST thing in the morning, the dough is coming out of the fridge. I will certainly keep you posted. ;)

I saw the pretzel roll pics. I want to make some. We need to live closer. I could walk to your house to ask questions. Maybe that way I wouldnt gain a ton by eating all these goodies.

Galley, are you out here this morning???????????? I'm taking the dough out of the fridge. You had mentioned three loaves for the recipe. Will it make three loaves even in the dutch oven?
