I blew it by accepting and early invite. The silly Grinch is one of my favorite pictures and he won't count. ;) Not a big deal as I wanted Newbies to see lots of recipes when they registered.

Bergy, I'm going to post all my recipe/photos I submitted before today in this post and whatever I post after can start to be counted.
Raspberry Chocolate Supremes
This is King Arthur's Fudge Brownie Recipe but I only made half the recipe so I posted it the way I made it here. They are so good! My new favourite brownie.
This one is a totally original recipe. Cassava is like a staple here and surprisingly I have never seen a recipe on the net for how I cook it, considering it can be found cooked like this all over the country.
My Trini Style Cassava (Yucca)
and last but not least, my white cupcakes - small batch recipe. You won't find another white cake recipe like this on the web and it is melt in your mouth delicious! Since it is the first time I've ever shared this recipe I am very interested in what others have to say about it after they try it (both good and bad)

and one with it frosted with Kitten's Bakery Buttercream. Such a delicious combo!

Well not quite racrgal, just do as I did and post them anyway with a little note for Bergy to not count it in the competition.
