Sorry - not very much color contrast in this pic. Wish I could still step outside my patio door and pick fresh parsley!
My favorite is still Eggplant Parmesan with marinara sauce, but the alfredo sauce makes a nice taste change. I served this with chicken strips that I drizzled with olive oil and a liberal sprinkling of lemon pepper. I let the chicken marinate for about 15 minutes before pan sauteeing.
