Herbed Cranberry Chicken

LOVE the sweet sour of the sauce. Excellent with yellow rice (made by just adding turmeric to the cooking water). I used my new Stainless Steel skillet even though the recipe said nonstick. I was afraid I'd have a "sticky" mess on my hands but it worked out well! ;)

This evening's dinner was delicious thanks to Ang. I served this with my favourite mashed potatoes and carrots recipe. I'm so stuffed I can barely move, lol.....
