Derf's French Salmon Filling

I chose this today and made it for a quick lunch. The tarragon is a great herb to use with salmon.

I love "-salad" sandwiches of all kinds, egg, tuna, chicken, ham, roast beef and now this is an addition to my list.

What a fantastic pic of a difficult picture with similar colors. And yes, tarragon is great with salmon. Delicious. I am making a light salmon salad to go on crostinis tonight to accompany my soup. I will be at work later. I may change my dill to tarragon since I have both in my garden.

mmm we had this for an "arrival soup", sooo tasty and eveyone loved it. The grandkids finally got here and loved having a nice hot bowl of soup after their travels in the snow. Thanks Elsie, really delicious
