Looking so good Derf! I have 2 cobs in the fridge, and should cook them up soon. Getting "older". Your post sure reminded me I need to use these up. I had a thought. I need to make Bea's stuffed bell peppers, I could make them, and decob and mix them into that. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone! Bea would you mind?
