I know it's way too early for corn on the cob at our Farmer's market, but if you have it at your's , this is a really simple quick way to do it and it was delicious...

Looking so good Derf! I have 2 cobs in the fridge, and should cook them up soon. Getting "older". Your post sure reminded me I need to use these up. I had a thought. I need to make Bea's stuffed bell peppers, I could make them, and decob and mix them into that. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone! Bea would you mind?

A wonderful way to use all those radish from your garden or as our are from the Farmer's market :D wonderful crunch :!:
