I will buy more propane tomorrow. Last time I tried to grill, I was out of propane!
I will search for a few recipes, but tomorrow is meatloaf. Promised dh meatloaf! Wonder what he would say, if I grilled it?

I have made acadia's
http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/acadia ... -tuna-9599
What great flavours in this recipe. I loved it!!! I brushed some of the marinade over some onion slices and grilled it along with the tuna steak. Made for a great meal which will see many repeats in this household

We have grilled meatloaf before even made it in a dutch oven in coals from an open fire. If you grill it us indirect heat and do not keep peaking, keep the grill lid closed.

Hey fellow zazzies...
Here are a few photos of my outdoor "kitchen"
I guess you could call it that...
This is where I spend most of my time while at camp. Nothing special but it's my favourite spot...
Wayne made this for me with a piece of wood he found in a beaver dam
Come on in and share your pics of what you use to cook outdoors...

Great pics Bea! Love your outdoor kitchen set up!
We have a sitting are with a gazebo that we love, we added a mini deck with a bbq gazebo so those manning the grill could be comfortable rain or shine.
Have a little cornor of the garage set up with a electric cooler for drinks and such as well as a coffee station, have shelves set aside for the bbq 'stuff' We plan on expanding the oudoor area next season.

With that setup Bea you can just lock your kitchen door and live outside (you probably do) Love it

Yup Yup Bergy! You can see her garden in the back ground. Lovely set up Bea! I am so envious of your smoker!
