OK, rough menu very much based on last week's menu, since so much didn't get made. We had a lot of nights where we just ate leftovers or ate out (bad us!). Softball nights just kill me!

Meal #1 Baked Ziti (half batch), side salad, rolls or bread
Meal #2 Leftovers (of ziti)
Meal #3 Steak, w/roasted or steamed asparagus
Meal #4 Turkey Meatloaf (from freezer) with steamed broccoli
Meal #5 Leftovers (meatloaf sandwiches, broccoli soup)
Meal #6 Eat out or sandwiches
Meal #7 Possibly more leftovers or sandwiches or ramen

I already made Banana Chocolate Chip Bread for the week, and hope to get my Ricotta Bread made too.
I also wanted to make some pear bread and also pistachio bread, both to freeze - not sure if I will get to that or not. I have some ingredients I need to use up. Oh, apple muffins or cake or applesauce too, since dd didn't eat her lunch apples last week and some will be getting soft. (Also for freezer)

Since I have a ton of baked goods planned, no dessert this week.

So far this week I have had nothing but pasta, pasta, and more pasta. All of my leftovers were pasta. I will be happy to change that next week! I guess even half the recipe was too much for us this time around.

Don't feel bad, Heather - I've made all of 2 of my plans so far. Most of my week is getting shoved into the weekend/next week.

Ditto, being sick this week and no cooking a few nights - my whole week will get made, but I switched everything around. Sometimes things just don't work out.

The one upside ... I haven't bought anything new and don't need to. So what I was planning is still in the fridge/freezer/pantry, so I am not worried about using it up.

Same here - I still haven't been to the store this week. So I stayed under budget so far and I still have the food I had planned to make from last week in the freezer as well as the food I didn't get to cook this week. I may have to make a lot of soup with my veggies though as they are going to spoil on me.

Didn't cook anything tonight at all - I had ramen for lunch and yogurt for dinner.
