It is a great salad - very light yet filling because of the protein in the beans. Keeps all week nicely too, so perfect for lunches.

Beautiful Photo~I would love a salad like that. ChickPea's are so high in protein, and versatile.

I'm going to have to switch up Wed & Thurs plans. They will both get made, just switching days due to time constraints.

Heather, I printed the recipe for Tom. I hope he decides to make it one of these coming days. I do give suggestions but he decides what to do when.

I love the chick pea salad HF, I plan to make that. It looks so good.

My menu is definitely going to change this week depending on how I feel. Still NO appetite at all. I haven't cooked in 4 days. Just freeer meals of pasta/goulash or soups or and egg over toast. Tonight, I may cook - first signs of a growling stomach. But I know I'm not making my chicken stir fry. But each day will just be what I feel like I guess.

My doc always told me ... eat what your body wants, even if it is the most healthiest or most sensible. Your body tells you what it needs. So, that is what I do.

And everyone's menus do look good. Very little take out as MM said and healthy meals as well. Good for everyone.

Looks like some good pantry and use of on hand items too. Not so much to clean out your pantry - but to rotate it. Put those items you want to use at the front, it makes you look at them every day. They plan a meal with them.

I'm envious of everyone with their meals, they sound so good, but right now, I can't taste or smell anything :(
I'm hoping that changes soon :)
