Steak and Potato Salad

This is last night's dinner. It was deeeelish. I crushed two cloves of garlic with my #recipe7170 and worked it into a paste to rub on the steaks. The steaks where huge, I couldn't finish my plate. I will probably be enjoying a steak salad for dinner tonight.

He He ! Looks like you have a magic plate also, your steak is floating in the air in that second photograph, that is my favorite one of the bunch!
That steak looks magnificent!

Yes it does; perfect dinner in my opinion! Perfectly charred, and, I love the spud salad.

Gorgeous photos/ Love the grill marks. #2 floater is beautiful, perfect steak and the potato salad is waiting for my fork to dig in.

Looks delicious! I love grilled food in the summer. I swear we cook more outdoors than indoors in the summer. Just love the looks of the steak and the potato salad looks great! Good job! I would have been happy with that plate!
