We had a wonderful meal tonight. I was going to make mashed taters and gravy to serve with the chicken fried pork chops, but dh doesn't like gravy on his chicken fried steak, so he suggested fried potatoes. So I changed the menu. I used my mandolin to slice the potatoes, unpeeled. The onions really flavored the taters, but they also started to burn, but it was still great. Great taste. The chops were wonderful, potatoes were great, dinner rolls wonderful, even the corn was good. Salad wasn't pictured, but it was offered and only I took a serving!
