Kitten's Ranch Macaroni Salad

I ran across this years ago at t'other site, and have been making it ever since. I always do seashell pasta, add diced ham, skip the eggs, and use half mayonnaise and half sour cream. I also do the dry mustard rather than prepared, and definitely include the optional garlic and sweet pickles. This will be my contribution to the Father's Day potluck tomorrow, so I doubled it. Based on past experience, there won't be much left.
