Lemon ginger chicken is soooo easy and quick it makes a great week night supper and i found this different way to serve cauliflower, quite tasty :!:

What great photos - You are sure getting great color for these darer evenings - Are you using daylight bulbs?

Yes daylight bulbs are wonderful this time of year, supper time is almost dark these days :o
