This is one of Kitten's recipes. Last night in the dessert forum Linda asked a question about favourite desserts. Well long story short, I saw Kitten mention this one, I talked about eating it with ice cream and just had to make it today. So yummy! I propped it up with a Christmas theme cause after I broke it in pieces I thought "ohhh, looks perfect for a Christmas tray!" I used a 7 grain cracker instead of saltines cause it's what I had. Making dessert healthy!

That is not only beautiful it is stunning.
Do you use photobucket? if so you can resize there. I usually post photos that are 500 pixels across and resolution of 72. Your photo here is 621 pixels

Thank you Bergy, it is the first photo I took for a Zazz recipe so I am very happy that it turned out a beauty and I actually decided to use flickr for my photos so I am having no trouble putting smaller photos in other posts now
