I found this recipe by Gerry and used one of the toppings for some apple Muffins.
This nut topping was wonderful, can't wait to try the other's! :)

Gerry, on the streusel topping, how do you cut in the butter? I've never been able to make a streusel topping that looks right.

NELady , You can cut the butter in with a knife or even a fork, until you get a crumbly mix.
For this mix use small peas size pieces of butter to mix in. I use clean hands, and just use finger tips to mix the butter in until it looks like course bread crumbs.
