Sprout Puffs

I have a very old cookbook, and whenever I look through it, this recipe always seems to take my eye.
Because it was fried I never have tried it, but over the weekend, I decided that I just might try it. Served with a creamy cheese sauce, I absolutely loved these. The batter was so crispy and delicious.
I have not posted a recipe as yet.

These beauties look so interestingly delicious! I don't fry much but I think I would try these. They look sooo good! Beauteous pics Tis!

Thanks Luvcookn, they were delicious. The cheese sauce went really well with them. DD and myself really enjoyed them.
