Very easy simple recipe. I always roast what is left of my previous year's garlic when I get my new 10 lbs.

Thanks Maito. We buy 10 lbs garlic each August and store it in a mesh bag, in a wicker laundry basket on top of the downstairs fridge. It keeps really well

I sometimes dehydrate mine and then put through the blender to make powdered garlic.
