Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers & Parsnips

M y favorite parsnip recipe and a peppy stuffed peppers MMmm. The secret slow cooking stuffed peppers is to cut off the top of the pepper and let the peppers sit on them so the bottoms don't get over cooked.
