Baked Parsnips

This is my favorite parsnip recipe and I make it often. It is fast, easy and looks great. The recipe originally was by my friend Annette. The other day she made it herself and she exclaimed "That is a really good recipe - I din't know I was such a good cook!"

Underrated I agree, the best way to cook them is roasted.
