Trout on the Grill

Post by Kchurchill5 » Sun Aug 07, 2016 11:17 am

I got a beautiful fresh trout at the store the other day. Perfect for the grill.

Stuffed it with lemon, Greek oregano, shallot, s/p; then drizzled with olive oil, Greek seasoning, s/p. Right on to the grill. Also grilled 1/2 lemon, and squeezed over the top.

Cannellii salad w/roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, s/p, Greek seasoning.

I'm going to post the cannellini recipe; a nice easy and quick salad. The trout was just trout; but, I thought it looked pretty to post.
Nice dinner for summer. And, I ate the whole fish; it was so good.

But, thank you very much.

I did cook the fish whole; but, chopped off the head and tail to serve ... Only because it didn't fit on my plate.
Thx Shapes. It's so moist when it is cooked whole.
