I have chosen to make her #recipe25205 to share with my visiting family.
Sorry

I am loving seeing all these recipes, and adding to my already large collection of Kim's recipes that I have saved. I am not sure if I will have time to make one of her recipes in the next two weeks, but I do make one of hers about every other month on average. I have been thinking of her a lot these last two weeks, but thought of her the other night when we were baking up extra chicken to cut up and freeze for later use. Guess who gave me that idea? Yup, you guessed it. Kim was always generous on sharing her tips, and I will treasure the last very long message she wrote to me.

Maito whether you have time or not to cook one of her recipes now your thoughts are so with her & that's what is important - I know you think of her every time you look at or make one of her recipes.
