Leftover Soboro

This recipe goes a long way so I decided that I would use some leftovers in an omelet. I added some garlic sauce, feta cheese, cheddar cheese and Oh my it was so good.

I love leftovers in omelets and Bill even more so. He is the huevos king. He should show up around here sometime if he gets a chance. I bet this one would make him drool... 8-)
