Curried Seafood Medley

When I had lunch with Derf last week she took me to her fish store and it is a beauty - She bought me a package of frozen sea foods - shrimp scallops, salmon and another fish etc. Wonderful mixture. I cooked it last night. Defrosted, started cooking it on a skillet added curry sauce and it was all ready in 10 minutes. Thanks Derf we really enjoyed our dinner.

wow Bergy that does look wonderful, so happy you enjoyed it, I'll hve to try it with a curry, it looks sooo tasty
had to come back and say I love the idea of the sliced banana
Did they cool the curry

The banana to me, always adds a smoothness to the curry and perhaps cool it a bit - Loved the seafood Derf
