Pat

Pat, Great to see you here!!
I agree ... I didn't see this 100 Christmas in July recipes.... it looks really good & such a great idea as I often see recipes elsewhere and then check out Zaaz for the recipe and find one similar to it on here as well. If I had not of looked for idea's elsewhere, I would never found the recipe here. :)
Just a note for everyone to remember is that photo's for this photo forum must be from recipes posted here on Zaaz. :)

Oh believe me, I was contemplating going up in the attic to fish out some Christmas paraphernalia, but that attic is SOOO HOT, that I would dare even try. It's dreadfully hot here this week. I'm already so sick of summer.
So for now, it'll be plates or Christmasy looking cloths, etc.

Adding in a couple....

#recipe22825

I was contemplating back and forth if this dish qualified for Christmas in July, but thought that it does make a great family, comfort type of meal that if it were Christmas, I would serve it. But, if you feel that it doesn't qualify, please feel free to remove it. There would absolutely be no feelings hurt.

I thought about getting into the Christmas boxes...but my "thought" said don't be stupid... so I'm hoping that I can gather some items that have a Christmas look to them...but with that said...next year I'll keep a few things handy for Christmas in July... :)

Those photos look very patriotic...That red...white and blue plate is perfect...that's as close as you can be to Christmas especially with the red/blue cloth and the nice bit of white on the left side...Good Job making a wonderful Christmas in July meal...:)
