I had my doubts as to whether I would like this, but all doubts disappeared when I tasted it!
For my DH I added mushroom's and chicken, and DD and myself enjoyed the original version.
We all thoroughly enjoyed this recipe!

Thanks so much Bergy, you are so kind. We really did enjoy this recipe and DH commented about his.... and he never EVER does comment on anything being good.... he say's it keeps me on my toes.
