Halibut Steaks by Derf "RIP" Forever in our Kitchen

My Review: "Yesterday was Siggi's birthday & I asked him for a menu wish list. It was short & predictable - His favorite fish is halibut & potatoes are a required part of every dinner meal in Iceland. I picked this recipe for its easy-fix & classic flavor combo. Siggi bought a large fillet instead of steaks, but the fish was perfectly moist & flavorful. I had to use dried parsley & in my prep haste forgot the red onion. Served w/Rosti potato rounds & wedges of avocado, it made for a healthy & delicious meal. We were both very pleased to find this recipe as part of your legacy.
