I did a Shapes tonight.... Out of the pantry/freezer/crisper.
But I did use this wonderful recipe as a side.... a little different to what I do....but well worth it!

Chicken Mornay - or Shapes Chicken Mornay- using leftover chicken, asparagus, cream, celery and broccoli .....all from the fridge.

More beautiful photos - I can actually see how fluffy they are. I know this may sound stupid but I have trouble with mashed potatoes - they just don't come out the way I want them to. After seeing your photos I will have a look at this recipe.

They really did come out fluffy Bergy. I hate lumpy mashed spuds!

It was a really tasty meal, DH hates any casserole type meals, but every now and then I sneak one in...... and I got away with this one! He didn't half mind it! I think serving it with the mashed spuds helped a lot!

Lovely photos! If you put a bowl of mashed potatoes in front of me I would eat the whole bowl and make a meal out of them
