Sorry I haven not been around for a while. I do have a few photo's to post but
I have had a few hard couple of weeks, but slowly I am getting there.
First lot up is especially for you Bergy! This made for a wonderful, quick and easy late night meal, last night.

All the photos look just totally wonderful,but the
DOF on the third one is just " OUTSTANDING ".

Thank-You Thank-you for those fantastic photos. The first one is going right on as the default. I mean how could anyone resist this recipe when they see that photo or any of the rest of them. Just beautiful
