Torn rotator, a big chip out of my clavical, sprained ankle, twisted back. And my right side too
So no cookin driving for a while, right now i'm in a sling, but i will try to post when i cam.
left hand and 1 finger typing is not easy. I'll be back

So so sorry Kim, having been there and done it three times - waited far too long each time - three surgeries later know you need to assure not only seeing your family physician but following through. Hopefully physical therapy massage and exercises will work for you, but so sounds like you best be prepared for surgery. Sending Christmas wishes as well as the best in recovery. Take care of you.
