Pat's flourless orange cake

The photos are not the greatest and don't really do the recipe justice but believe me that cake is so tasty!!! The orange comes through perfectly here and it is nice and moist!! I will be making this often :twisted: :twisted: A perfect cake to serve to your gluten free friends ;)

Ive never used castor sugar- can you substitute regular?
