Pia you must have a ton of energy to make all that gnocchi :shock: I haven't made gnocchi for a while, just looking at that makes me want to go and make some.

Your photo is beautiful, what a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

wow :shock: I can never make good gnocchi I tryed so many times and all the times they came out tough :( I don't know what I am doing so wrong :?

You are adding too much flour.
Don't work the dough to much, just enough to combine the flour and potatoes.

Ive enjoyed a plate of gnocchi many a times out for dinner however I have never made them, by the looks of the few ingredients and the lovely photo I think I may give it a go!
