Banana Flaxseed Muffins

I threw these together a couple of days ago and split them in two containers. I froze 1 container and was going to bring the other one to camp with me. Well Wayne ate the 8 I had packed for camp that very day, lol. When I told him they were gluten free he was surprised. 8-) So I took the frozen ones with me to camp.

Just a quick shot before I packed them up.

Beautiful! I have some rice flour and flaxseed to use up ...this would do it.

Love the angle of the photo. Seems like an infinite # of muffins, just waiting.... =P~

Great shot! Must look for those individual muffin cups, they certainly do make for eye candy! :)

Thx Dissie. I love using those muffin cups. Lots of times I have too much batter for the regular 12 muffin cup pans. With these you just use as many as you like and put them on a baking sheet to bake in the oven. And they look so pretty, lol.
