Steak, with a special seasoning, from the farmers market; topped with A1 steak sauce; stouffers potatoes au gratin, and green beans, sauteed with a lemon pepper and butter.
This was a dish, I requested for many years for my BD. Mom always laughed, because, it was either that or ... lobster. I still love those potatoes, and I CAN NOT recreate them.
And, I have enough steak for a couple of quesadillas which will be delicious for dinner.
Not the best pics ... this was by candle light ... not by choice. The power was out for 5 hours last night. Right after I put in my DVD and sat down to eat. Bad timing.
I should of taken a pic of a slice ... perfect medium rare ... kudos to me. And, it was a very nice steak; full of flavor and tender.
