Tartan Day - April 6

It is the first of March and many places are recovering from some bad storms. I hope everyone here is ok. There is always a lot of activity in March for St. Patrick's Day. I hope that Tink, Ninya and the rest of yawl will kick in during April for some Scottish Recipes.

April 6 is National Tartan Day and the week long celebration will end April 14.
I LOVE THIS SITE..and hope to see a lot of Scottish dishes here. Helen in Ark.

I'll certainly try my best Helen, and I'll be scouring my cookbooks between now and April for Scottish dishes that I can make and present on the British food threads.
