The squash was a hit! The Nor' Easter we had up here in Maine for Thanksgiving caused me to miss the festivities. Fortunately I was able to send along the squash beforehand. The favorable reviews from my family have been coming in via text and email. That said, I will try to bodge together a workable recipe and post it here.
