Gunpowder Seasoning

Post by Sue » Fri May 10, 2013 4:50 pm

Has anyone used this for the outdoor cooking?

I was wondering if it is simply just ground jalapeno because that's what I heard, but it does look a bit darker than that, like gunpowder.
If you have used it, would you care to confess what all you think is in the blend?
Thanks.

I have made this at home! I smoked red and green jalapenos and then put them through my food processor until finely ground, they are dark in color. It is basicly Chipotle powder. You should try this with Habenero's ! Hotter then hell itself!

Thank you for your input in this forum. in the future could you please post in any of the sticky topics and not just in the general topic area? ! I have several posts asking this already.

Thanks Shadows
