Red Bean Paste

Post by ellie » Sun Apr 23, 2023 4:06 pm

I am looking for a recipe using red bean paste -- I have a Korean variety if it makes any difference. It was sold in the refrigerated section so I am not sure how long it will last. Used some but have plenty left. I did find in an old Chinese cookbook 8 Treasures Pudding but it is an old recipe and it would take me at least a month or two to make it! Any ideas?

I have never heard of red been paste. I'm curious to see what it is used for.

Sesame balls are very yummy. Those can also be frozen if you don't eat all of them at one sitting.
