Very lovely photos Luv! You are a pro at making bread! Love how you did the rolls in a circle.

Thanks Engrossed! I do love baking bread...using different flours, grains, seeds and different techniques has always been a passion for me. I especially love making ethnic breads. During the winter I bake in a wood burning oven to achieve the crusty outside and soft inside that you can't get from an electric oven.

That's so awesome luv. As you know I'm trying my hand at it, and am most interested in whole-grain breads. I'm not too good at the kneading but Hubby really enjoys it so I guess it can be a team effort! Love ethnic recipes!
