Gerry, these are looking soo good! Going to cook immediately after this. :)

Have you ever tried this French Meat Dressing recipe for stuffing a turkey? (I know it has 'potato' in the name, but it has 2 lbs of ground pork in it too.) It's one of Bea's recipes, so you can bet it's pretty good.

@Bea do you happen to have any pictures of it you can add? (Or anyone else that's made it can add pictures and a review please.)
I just added a picture to it. I have 2 recipes for this with slight ingredient changes so added the same pic as the other one.

Love planing ahead for holiday weekends, over the past few years availability of ingredients sees the need to be flexible. I was all good on the mains but really missed not finding egg dye, as well as ingredients for extra desserts and such.

Just as well as way too much food! I must remind myself with distance, travel time and such I no longer am cooking for 20 or 25 people! Well maybe come our summer gatherings. As I have often said when thinking to holidays or weekends planning is half the fun. As for extra food I share and the rest goes to my freezer stash.

I am looking forward to my turkey, dressing and cranberry sandwich for lunch and hot turkey sandwich for my evening meal. I am guessing there are many of you doing the same!

Hey hey Gerry,

I am not sure if you are signed up for the Zazz newsletter or not, but, your Easter Potluck forum posts are featured on there this week!! Woot woot.....
I haven't received a Newsletter for some time now, thought it was no longer being published. I looked in spam but it had already done an automatic delete. I enjoyed the newsletters so to assure I did a new subscribe. Thanks for the heads up Bea! :)
