Oh Bea it's so good, I eat half even before it makes it to the oven! ... if I make it a day ahead and chill it's so good cold I keep tasting it from the fridge

Not necessarily Christmasy . . . both are being held where there may not be a kitchen to reheat. One is in a hangar, so not sure what to expect there. The loaded potatoes sounds delicious!
