I never needed to use up peanut butter...I didn't even know peanut butter would go bad...I guess if your peanut butter is from "1940" like the muffin recipe is from...I would definitely think about buying some new peanut butter... :lol:

I am babysitting the grandkids and it's a bit hectic of course, so just a quick snap, lol. When I told them we were having pizza bell peppers they thought they were getting pizza. They looked a bit disappointed when I gave them their plate, lol. But my granddaughter said this "f"astes just like pizza, mmmm. :lol: Hubby had 2 servings which he very rarely does, he eats like a bird.

This tuna salad is so light yet tasty. I served it over a bed of spinach which made for a lovely salad. This will be made again, thx for sharing this great recipe.
