Suggestions for more low carb breakfasts please

Oh mushrooms are a great way to go - I love the idea of making some sort of stuffed mushrooms out of those huge portobellos or a breakfast pizza.

I am sure I could try stuffing the mushrooms with a sausage filling! Great suggestions - keep them coming. I see a future with fewer eggs ... yay!!!!
