I used a box of the Rice a Roni in my Chicken & Wild Rice casserole that I made to eat on much of this week. It was their wild rice variety and turned out fine, although I definitely prefer using a different wild rice in the casserole normally. O also used some of my nuts sprinkled over the top - it calls for shaved almonds, but I used a small amount of my pecans instead. I still hope to get rid of more of both the rice mixes and the pecans throughout the month.
Some great suggestions so far - thanks!
I thought of another use for the crabmeat - there is a recipe over on Food Recipe #19192 posted by Miller for a crab omelet that is truly one of the best recipes I have ever found on that site. It is incredibly easy and the taste is amazing.
I also remember tasting some crabmeat salad stuffed avocado halves at a party when I was a kid. It was the first time I was ever tempted to eat such a combo - for some reason it just looked really appealing to me. All I can say is wow! Excellent!

Also, a creamy asparagus soup is delicious with topped with crab meat.
Crab makes great quesadillas. Saute some onion, scallions and put on a tortilla with avocado, olives are really good and then a monterey jack cheese, grill and serve with a spicy lime chipotle sour cream.
Mix with carrots, zucchini, red onion, cabbage and roll in a spring roll. Serve with chili sauce.

I have 2-7 cu ft freezers full of food that need to be used. Tonight I had a staff meeting so I got a hold of hubby I told him to throw something the oven for dinner, some kind of homemade frozen meal I have stuffed away in the freezer. I have many of them. I have 2 stacks of meals that almost reach to the top of the freezer.
In the Freezer:
Frozen fruits (strawberries, blueberries, cherries, raspberries, apricot halves and diced, sliced peaches) 6 cups packages of apples and others of pears, originally for pies and crisps, but I found a recipe for apple pie filling instead, all fruit are un-sweetened
Frozen veggies (carrots, corn niblets, green beans, sweet peppers, sugar snap peas, peas), diced zucchini (may just compost, because I really didn't like it)
Chicken (various packs of white and dark meat the dark meat has the bone)
Small beef roasts, maybe a couple pound each, they were cut from a sirloin round
Raw Peeled Shrimp, 2-1 lb bags
Salmon, 1/2 a salmon (with bones) and 3 fillets (boneless)
Carrot Cake, un-frosted
The meat could be something that will go good with corn on the cob. I have lots of corn on the cob.
In the cupboard:
6 cans Tomato Soup, originally bought for Chard Rolls, but my Chard didn't grow this year and paying $2 for 8 leaves is a little much
Cream of Mushroom Soup, bought for zucchini casseroles but my zucchini didn't produce much.

1. Baby Back Ribs, have 4 slabs to use
2. Lawrys Steak Marinade, Dad had tons of bottles I inherited
3. 4-5 containers of soup in the freezer - ate 1
4. 6 loaf of frozen bread to bake
5. Wonton wrappers
6. Chicken drum sticks, bogo sale
7. Pineapple, canned (dad had it, and I am not a huge fan)
8. Water chestnuts, 3 cans - used 1
9. 4-5 cans LaChoy canned chow mein noodles - used 1
10.Cake mix, 10 boxes. Dad loved it, I don't
11.Campbells soups, not the creamed type
12.Canned beets, I love fresh ones and canned are OK, but I inherited 6 cans
13.5 lbs ground round, my neighbor moved and he left it with me
14.Also from my neighbor, frozen broccoli (6 bags)
15.Finally, pkg'd sauce mixes, another of Dad's items I got - used 1 turkey gravy
Most, I do know what to do with, but any great inspirations would be appreciated
