I am planning to revise the weekly grocery store challenge, and it will be focused on food.Roxanne wrote:Heather, was wondering if you will do one of these food challenges for February? The gadget idea is great too but was looking forward to continuing the food one this month.
I do plan to have another Use it or Lose it with food though in the future

This happens to me all the time! In fact I've gotten to the point where I repeat "milk, milk, milk" all the way to the store and when I park I immediately put it on my list or else it will be forgotten. I purchase ONLY what is on my list and nothing else. I purchased an impulse item at Costco in December and it was literally the first time I had done it years! Damn those free samples LOL.racrgal wrote:Roxanne, I was in my 20s when I started shopping from lists. Over the years it has become such a habit that I "forget" to buy ordinary things which aren't on the list. I've thought of "milk" on the way to the market and come home without milk because it wasn't on my list. You should see me fly through a store if I know the layout and have my list. I'm not a grocery store browser.
