What is your favourite 'best buy' to save money?

I guess the only hint I can give is that I found that if you go to an expensive store the meat is inexpensive and usually a better quality. So I buy meat where normally the regular food is expensive and vice versa. Loved to hear again that walmart matches coupons it is something I had forgottten
