There's some fantastic sounding meals here today!
We had sausages with bell peppers and onion in a skillet, some frozen green beans for a side

Tixie and Blinkie, I'm a leftover fan ... so leftover pot roast sounds wonderful. And cornflake crusted chicken; I haven't had that in years. Sounds great.

Marcia ... see more pasta. We must of all got the memo, lol.
CookingN, stroganoff counds perfect. Good comfort food. What a great easy recipe.
JillyB, soup; perfect.

I ended up having a BLT for lunch; and, my friend stopped by w/fresh made smoked fish dip. So, I pulled out cheese, salami, crackers; his dip, and some fruit. Oh, there was BEER involved too.
That was dinner.

WELL, IT'S COUNTING DOWN TO THE WEEKEND ONCE AGAIN!
Christmas Is Coming Way Too Quickly!

Today's Cooking ...
Me, my cranberry chicken, walnut rice; green salad w/oranges and poppy seed dressing. Luckily, I didn't thaw it out yesterday; so, good to go for tonight.

I do have a small dinner for one of the ladies tomorrow; so, I need to make the ice cream today; and, the shrimp escabeche tonight. But, that is about all the cooking for me.
http://www.dessertnowdinnerlater.com/no ... ice-cream/ it's a 2 ingredient no churn ice cream. Cream of coconut and heavy cream. Simply mix and freeze.
I serve it w/rum pineapple sauce and macadamia nuts.

Hi Ms Laury, salmon and slaw sounds wonderful. In fact salmon is on sale at the store. AnnaB, stir fry is always good for dinner. Makes for a quick an easy dish. Have fun shopping tonight.
All my presents are sent out and bought except for my son. Cash to pay off some bills; but, I refuse to give all cash ... so I have to buy some presents. Unfortunately he always tells me the last minute. Typical guy!!! LOL.
