ONE DAY CLOSER TO THE WEEKEND!!
So, How is Everyone's Week Going?
Today's Cooking ...
Actually NONE for me.
Since I have to pick up some ingredients for Lady #3 at the German Deli; I'm going to pick up a bowl of their famous Sauerkraut Cream Soup - this isn't their recipe; but, similar - http://germanfoods.org/recipe/sauerkraut-creme-soup/ There's is just so much better.
At the store, the soup is served in a big bowl over sausage. Either a whole weisswurst, bregenwurst, or knockwurst (smoked or not). Topped w/pumpernickel croutons. And, everything, made on site. There's a counter and a couple of table. Can NEVER get a seat.
