What I don't have tonight ... it will be Friday or Sat. It's all on hand, so it will be easy.

KC, I think the pizza sounds great.
I changed my mind last night and made Hungarian Goulash with the kielbasa instead of with pasta. I used cabbage, potatoes, noodles, kielbasa, onions, peppers, garlic, salt, pepper, caraway seeds and chicken stock.
Today was kind of cool and rainy, so I made some homemade chicken noodle soup with toasted ciabatta bread.

I love the sound of that goulash. I'm a huge fan of cabbage, kielbasa, etc. Always good.
And, chicken noodle that is rainy weather food for sure.
